Disney has launched a new website showcasing the upcoming Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience coming to Walt Disney World in the Spring of 2022.
About Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser
The "hotel" is situated just behind Disney's Hollywood Studios and will offer a two-night immersive cruise-like experience. You and your group will embark on a first-of-its-kind Star Wars adventure that's your own. Disney says that Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is like nothing else you’ve ever experienced: part live immersive theater, part themed environment, part culinary extravaganza, part real-life role-playing game, and much more.
Either get involved and be part of your own story where you'll have the power to choose your path. Will you follow the rule of the First Order or join the Resistance in a secret plot? Strike a bargain with a gang of smugglers. Or, you can sit back, sip a cocktail and watch it all from a safe distance. The choice is yours.
What's Included
Every Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser vacation package includes a 2-night stay in a well-appointed cabin or suite, meals (excluding alcoholic and specialty beverages) and the opportunity to live your Star Wars story through exclusive experiences, missions and activities.
An example itinerary is displayed below (click to enlarge). While the specifics of your voyage will be unique to your story, the choices you make - and the unexpected surprises that you encounter - will determine your personal Star Wars adventure.
In summary, you arrive at the Walt Disney World terminal at around 1pm on day 1, you'll then be transported to the Starcruiser, enjoy some light refreshments and take part in orientation, then enjoy dinner and entertainment during the evening. On day 2, you'll receive breakfast and then be transported down to Batuu (park ticket not required) to ride Star Wars: Rise Of The Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run (no virtual queue required, you'll be taken to the front of the queue on both attractions). You'll then have a quick-service lunch at Docking Bay 7, and then be transported back to the Starcruiser. You'll then enjoy lightsaber training and other activities, and then with another evening meal and entertainment. Finishing off the voyage you'll experience the SPECTACULAR FINALE. On day 3, you'll have breakfast and then debark at 9am.

Costumes
During your voyage, you are encouraged to dress the part as you become a unique character in the Star Wars galaxy. Star Wars apparel is available in-advance from shopDisney or on the ship. Arrive dressed in your Star Wars attire to enhance your experience, but you're also free to arrive wearing your Earth clothes.
Dining
On the first night of your adventure, the Crown of Corellia Dining Room transforms for dinner into an enticing table-service supper club with a special musical appearance by a galactic superstar. You'll enjoy a special evening with distinctive dining and entertainment as you socialize with passengers and crew.
The second night, The Taste Around the Galaxy showcases courses inspired by the geography and environments of iconic destination planets throughout the galaxy. With the serving of each course, a brief introduction presents the name, inspiration and ingredients for the dishes. The meal includes group appetizers for the table, a choice of entrée and a specialty plated dessert. You can indicate your preference for first or second dinner seating (based on availability) when you book your vacation package.
Listen to unique musical entertainment during dinner and choose to mingle with Characters you’ve met earlier or just sit back and savor your meal. Discover a precarious new opportunity while you sip a drink at the lounge. Try the local cuisine at a bustling spaceport during your planet excursion.
Sublight Lounge is also available, inspired by the Halcyon starcruiser’s historic voyages throughout the galaxy. The classic elegance of the Sublight Lounge makes it the perfect place to sip a beverage and relax—perhaps while conspiring with a charming smuggler or playing a casual game of holo-sabacc.
