Disney Cruise Line Sends Out "Time To Check In" Email By Mistake

Disney Cruise Line Sends Out "Time To Check In" Email By Mistake

30 days before your Disney Cruise non-concierge guests can check in to their sailing online. At this stage, you submit documents and choose your Port Arrival Time (PAT). This is usually quite the rush - just like booking Walt Disney World restaurants - to get an earliest time possible. Around midnight last night, Disney Cruise Line sent out an email to lots of guests telling them it was time to check-in. I got this email myself after I settled in bed and frantically logged in to the Disney Cruise website, even though I knew I was still a week or so from my 30-day window. I refreshed the page for a few minutes, but my online check link was not appearing.

Waking up this morning, I see posts all over social media with people saying they received the same email- some of them even still over a couple of months away from their sail date, others who have already checked in weeks ago.

This appears to be sent out by mistake and should be ignored. The 30-day check window remains in place.
