What We Know So Far
Based on what Disney has confirmed, here's what to expect at this year's festival:
Mickey's Halloween Celebration Cavalcade
The Halloween cavalcade - a procession of characters in seasonal costumes making their way down Main Street, U.S.A. - is confirmed to be returning. It's one of the more popular features of the festival, so if you're planning to watch it, getting a spot early is often a good idea.
Jack Skellington and Sally Meet and Greet
Jack Skellington and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas are confirmed to be appearing at the park for meet and greets. This one tends to draw a queue, particularly on busier days, so it's worth checking the Disneyland Paris app for locations and timing once you're in the park.
The Villainous Masters
The Villainous Masters - a group of Disney villain-themed entertainers - are also returning, bringing their slightly chaotic energy to the park's autumn atmosphere. Expect Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters based on what's been shown so far.
The Mischief Makers
Chip and Dale in Halloween costume are confirmed to be making appearances as part of the Mischief Makers experience. Exactly where and when will likely be confirmed closer to the event.
Halloween Night - 31st October
Disney has teased that on 31st October itself, "some special guests will join the celebration" - though who those guests are hasn't been revealed yet. More details are expected to follow.
Worth Knowing for UK Visitors
For UK visitors, Disneyland Paris is one of the more accessible Disney destinations - you can get there via Eurostar from London St Pancras direct to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, which drops you right outside the park gates. Alternatively, flights from most UK airports into Paris CDG or Orly are available throughout the season.
The Halloween festival runs across the full half-term window for most UK schools, which does mean the park tends to be busier in the final week of October. If you have flexibility, the earlier part of the event - late September into early October - can sometimes offer a quieter experience, and prices are often lower too.
