When Did Disney Store Switch From Evri To Royal Mail?
We spotted the change on Disney Store's delivery page on 3rd October 2026. The notice dates the switch from 29th September, but it wasn't on the website when that date came around, so if you ordered between 29th September and 3rd October and you've been watching for an Evri van, your parcel is coming by Royal Mail instead.
Disney Store splits its delivery notice by order date. Orders placed on or before Monday 28th September 2026 were shipped by Evri, or DHL Premium if you paid for Express. Anything placed on or after Tuesday 29th September 2026 will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Further down the same page, Disney Store says all orders are shipped via Royal Mail, including Parcelforce services. That covers express orders too, so DHL is no longer used for express shipping. You can read the full details on Disney Store's standard delivery help page.

How Do I Track And Manage A Disney Store Royal Mail Delivery?
Since Royal Mail handles the parcel from 29th September 2026, all the tracking and rearranging happens on Royal Mail's website or app. Here's the order to do it in.
- Find the Royal Mail tracking number in your Disney Store email receipt.
- Enter it on the Royal Mail tracking page or in the Royal Mail app.
- Before the delivery day, reschedule it or redirect it to a safe place or neighbour if you won't be in. You can also send it to your local Post Office instead.
- If you miss both delivery attempts, scan the QR code on the "Something for you" card to rearrange delivery or set up collection.
Royal Mail makes two delivery attempts, with the second on the next business day. If both fail, your parcel will be held at the local hub for 18 days. Disney Store lists standard deliveries as Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
Express orders should arrive the next working day if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday, although express isn't available on personalised products. Some postcode areas take longer for every delivery option, and Disney Store has a help page listing the affected areas.

Have Disney Store Delivery Prices Gone Up?
No. The prices are the same ones Disney Store has charged since it raised its delivery fees on 22nd October 2025. Even though they're now using Royal Mail instead of Evri, there's been no increase to the delivery prices.
| Delivery Method | £19.99 And Below | £20 To £74.99 | £75 And Above | Delivery Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard delivery | £6.50 | £4.50 | Free for Disney Store Unlocked members | 5 working days (Monday to Friday) |
| Click and Collect (temporarily unavailable) | £6.50 | £4.50 | Free for Disney Store Unlocked members | 5 working days (Monday to Friday) |
| Express delivery | £7.99 | £7.99 | £7.99 | Next working day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday) |
Prices from the Disney Store UK delivery page, checked on 3rd October 2026. Delivery costs are calculated after all other discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

Remember that delivery is worked out after discounts. A £4 discount code on a £22 order drops your basket to £18 and bumps delivery from £4.50 to £6.50, so you save £2 overall rather than £4 (£26.50 before the code, £24.50 after). So keep an eye on the delivery cost when using discount codes. Free standard delivery from £75 is only for members of Disney Store Unlocked, which is free to join.

What Does The Royal Mail Switch Change For Disney Store Shoppers?
Prices stay the same, but a few things work differently once Royal Mail has your parcel.
- Any order placed from 29th September 2026 is tracked through Royal Mail, so the Evri app won't help you.
- A missed delivery gives you 18 days to collect after two delivery attempts.
- Orders can't go to a PO Box or BFPO address.
- Disney Partner Products can take up to 10 days to ship, with the same delivery costs and Royal Mail as the carrier.
- Click and Collect is still unavailable, so home delivery by standard or express is the only option for now.
Whether this works out better for you depends on your local Royal Mail service as much as your old Evri driver. If Evri has been leaving Disney Store parcels in your wheelie bin, it might be a welcome change. If your Evri driver was reliable, the main difference is which tracking page you check.
Why Did Disney Store Switch From Evri To Royal Mail?
Disney Store's delivery page doesn't give a reason for the change. Evri was called Hermes until it rebranded in March 2022, and our own Evri driver is friendly and reliable, so we've rarely had a problem, but we know that isn't the experience everywhere. Whenever we share a Disney Store story, the comments fill up with Evri complaints, as you can see on this post and this one in our Facebook group.
