What Is Disney Store Unlocked?
Disney Store Unlocked is Disney Store UK's free online membership programme, covering official products at disneystore.co.uk. There's no charge to join and no minimum spend is required. Disney Store announced Monday 28th September 2026 as the official launch date and timed it ahead of the Christmas shopping season, although members could join from 24th September 2026.
Members get early access to selected product launches, early access to major sales and seasonal promotions, exclusive members-only offers and free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more. Free delivery at £75 used to be automatic for every customer, but since 24th September 2026 it's only available to members. You can join on the Disney Store Unlocked page.

How Does Free Delivery Work With Disney Store Unlocked?
Disney Store Unlocked members get free standard delivery to a UK address on orders of £75 or more. Disney Store previously offered free delivery at the same £75 threshold to all customers automatically, but you need to be a member to get it. Free delivery through Disney Store Unlocked is only available online at disneystore.co.uk and isn't available in Disney Store's physical shops.
The £75 threshold is worked out after any other discounts or promotional codes have been applied, so it's based on what you pay after those reductions and not the original value of your order. If your 25% birthday code applies to everything in your basket, you'd need at least £100 of items before the discount to still qualify (£100 x 0.75 = £75.00). A £99 basket would drop to £74.25 after the code (£99 x 0.75 = £74.25), leaving you 75p short.

How Do I Join Disney Store Unlocked?
- Go to the disneystore.co.uk homepage and select Log In / Sign Up in the top corner.
- Create a MyDisney account if you don't already have one, or log into your existing account.
- Once logged in, select the option to opt in to Disney Store Unlocked.
- Add a few extra details if you'd like to, such as your favourite Disney character, or select skip for now.
- Look out for the on screen confirmation as your membership should show in your account almost immediately.
What Rewards Do I Get In My Disney Store Unlocked Account?
Once you've joined, a "Your Rewards and Offers" section appears in your Disney Store account showing your rewards as individual cards. These include a Birthday Reward giving 25% off your order with a copyable code and Delivery Savings automatically applied to your basket on orders of £75 or more. A Coming Soon card also asks members to make sure they're signed up to emails and to check back for what's new.
Before 6.30am on Monday 5th October 2026, the account also showed a Welcome Offer card for 15% off selected items. That offer has ended and hasn't been replaced, so it's no longer available to claim.
Can I Use Disney Store Unlocked In Store?
No. Disney Store Unlocked perks apply to qualifying online purchases at disneystore.co.uk and can't be used in physical stores, including Disney Store's Selfridges concessions.
