Disney Cruise Line this week enabled the ability for guests to pre-pay their Disney Cruise Line gratuities online, which frees up some capacity at the call centres. To further free up more capacity, Disney is now letting guests make certain requests you previously had to call to request. These requests are never guaranteed, but you can now make these requests online:
Table requests for your rotational dining including table near a window, near the centre of the dining room, near the entertainment screens, in a quieter location, and if you want a private table
You can also submit your dietary requests and needs
Declare whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion
And finally if you need a pack 'n' play crib or bed rails in your room
