What Are The New Disney Sequoia Lodge Rooms?
We first covered the room designs and the September booking window back when Disneyland Paris announced them, and our original Sequoia Lodge new rooms article has the full background on the look and the timeline. In short, the hotel's outdoor lodges, five separate buildings set among the sequoia trees away from the main hotel, are being refurbished first. The new interiors draw on Bambi, Pocahontas and Brave, keeping the woodland feel of the hotel but with a more contemporary finish inside.
When Can You Stay In The New Sequoia Lodge Rooms?
The newly refurbished rooms can be booked today for stays from 19th February 2027. That's also the date the hotel's Redwood Bar and Northwest Passage boutique close for their own refurbishment. Restaurants and the hotel's other main services stay open during this period. Drinks, snacks and a small range of souvenirs will still be available from a retail point in the lobby, and Disney Characters will keep appearing in the hotel at set times.

Which Sequoia Lodge Rooms Are Bookable For February 2027?
Only rooms in the five outdoor lodge buildings have been refurbished so far, and these are the only ones being offered for stays from 19th February 2027. Rooms in the main hotel building, closer to reception and the facilities mentioned above, aren't included in this phase. Those areas haven't been through the refurbishment yet, and Disney hasn't confirmed a date for when that will happen.
When you're looking at the Disneyland Paris booking system, the new rooms are showing up under the "Renovated Classic Room" label.
How Much More Do The New Sequoia Lodge Rooms Cost?
We compared live prices for the same 3 night stay for 2 guests, once for the new Renovated Classic Room and once for a standard Classic Room, to see how big the price jump actually is. The Renovated Classic Room came out at £192.31 per person per night, working out at £1,153.84 for the full stay including taxes and fees. The standard Classic Room came out at £180.88 per person per night, working out at £1,085.28 for the same stay.
That's a difference of £11.43 per person per night, or £68.56 across the full 3 night stay for 2 guests. Averaged across the room as a whole rather than per person, it works out at about £23 more per night for the newly renovated version.
Please note these prices are only a snapshot from one search on one set of dates, and Disneyland Paris pricing moves around depending on when you book and which nights you stay. Still, if you were bracing yourself for a steep premium on the newly renovated rooms, the gap we found is smaller than that.
How To Book The New Sequoia Lodge Rooms
If you want one of the refurbished rooms, it's worth going through the booking process carefully.
- Pick your booking route. Decide whether you want a Disneyland Paris hotel and ticket package, or a package that also includes transport such as Eurostar and ferry crossings.
- Search for stays from 19th February 2027 onwards. Anything before that date won't show the refurbished rooms as an option.
- Look for "Renovated Classic Room" in the room description. This is the label Disney is currently using for the new rooms, as shown in the screenshots above.
- Confirm before you pay. If it's not clear from the booking page whether you're getting a refurbished room, ask before completing your booking rather than after.
- Book early if the room matters to you. With only the outdoor lodge buildings included so far, the pool of new rooms is smaller than the hotel's full room count.
