Disney x F1 British Grand Prix Collection: Quick Navigation

What's in the Disney x F1 British Grand Prix Collection

The main launch is a collection created specifically for the British Grand Prix. Disney has made it for Silverstone, and it includes apparel and accessories alongside a Mickey Mouse plush and collectible pins available exclusively through the Disney Store.

Running alongside it is a Disney x F1 ACADEMY™ range, also launching for the British Grand Prix. F1 ACADEMY™ is the all-female single-seater series that runs alongside the main Formula 1 calendar - it had its own Disney moment at the Canadian Grand Prix earlier this year when Minnie Mouse waved the chequered flag, so the connection has been building for a while.

Disney at Silverstone: Entertainment and Experiences

The merchandise is only part of it. The Disney Theatre Group is bringing live performances from The Lion King and Hercules to the circuit. That's the same operation behind the West End productions, turning up at a motor racing venue. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will also be making appearances throughout the weekend, and there's a Disney x Formula 1® photobooth in the trackside fanzone for a personalised souvenir. Retail activations are also running in the Paddock Club, so the Disney treatment isn't limited to general admission.

"The British Grand Prix is widely considered the home of motor racing. It's another great milestone in our exciting partnership and our iconic characters will contribute to its legendary history. This weekend is a continuation of our commitment to creating cultural moments and growing brand relevancy."

- Claire Terry, Senior Vice President, Disney Consumer Products EMEA, June 2026

This is the European debut of the "Fuel the Magic" campaign, which has already made appearances at the Las Vegas Grand Prix (Mickey Mouse conducting the Bellagio fountains), Shanghai Disneyland for the Chinese Grand Prix, and at the Canadian Grand Prix for F1 ACADEMY™. The British Grand Prix is its biggest European outing to date.

The London Retail Takeover

If Silverstone isn't on your schedule, Disney has spread the campaign across London too. The flagship Disney Store on Oxford Street has a dedicated race weekend takeover, with the new collection and Store-exclusive items available in person.

UNIQLO is carrying the six-piece Disney x Formula 1® collection across four London locations, with the 311 Oxford Street flagship running additional activations tied to the race weekend. The F1 Hub on Oxford Street also has the collection, so the Oxford Street stretch is fairly well covered if you want to do a single trip. Disney has also wrapped a number of black cabs with campaign branding around the capital - a fairly reliable indicator that a marketing budget has been properly deployed.
