Union Cast Members Vote To Approve $18/Hour Pay

12,500 Disney Cast Members voted on a new contract offered by Disney after negotiations with the union, and 97% agreed to approve it. The deal includes a minimum of $17/hour for new and existing Cast Members, and a minimum of $18/hour by the year end for current cast members, annual increases every year, and retroactive pay. New entry level rates will reach $18/hour by 2024.
