One of the newest restaurants in Disney Village (Disneyland Paris) is Brasserie Rosalie! This restaurant replaces the old CafƩ Mickey character dining location that closed during the lockdowns, which never reopened. Brasserie Rosalie offers French cuisine with a warm atmosphere and a breathtaking view over the lake. This is our honest Brasserie Rosalie review.

Brasserie Rosalie Review Summary

  • Lovely restaurant throughout. Much more elegant than I expected. (Feels like a posh Prezzo)
  • Very good, professional and friendly service. Sense of humour as well, can you believe it!
  • Tables are close together so can be quite claustrophobic at busy times
  • Some items are quite pricey, especially soft drinks
Disneyland Paris doesn’t have many good food options, but Brasserie Rosalie is a welcome addition to Disney Village and overall we did enjoy our meal here. The menu is quite seafood-heavy, but there’s plenty there for people who don’t eat much seafood (like myself).

Brasserie Rosalie Menu 2

The restaurant is very nice throughout. I love the exterior design and it carries on well into the interior as well. Brasserie Rosalie is much more elegant than I expected; all the staff are dressed very smartly. For a comparison, it sort of feels like a posh Prezzo. To be honest, it almost feels out of place in Disney Village!

The service here was very good overall. We had a super friendly server who had quite a sense of humour. We made our orders and then shortly we brought over the bread basket. It didn’t come with any butter, but with the main I ordered I did have some gravy to use as a dip. The bread was very rustic, fresh and soft in the middle.

Brasserie Rosalie Bread

We decided to try the Toulouse Pork Sausage and the Champagne Roasted Scallops.

Brasserie Rosalie Sausage

The sausage was nice and meaty, and while the mash was nice, I couldn’t quite decipher if it was freshly mashed or frozen. I enjoyed it though. The only criticism is that it was served warm and not hot, but that seems to be a common theme in French restaurants.

Brasserie Rosalie Scallops

The scallops were a hit though! They had a nice sear from the champagne, which was very tasty, fresh, and cooked well. The risotto had a creamy Parmesan flavour and a nice, soft texture.

Brasserie Rosalie QR

What's great here as well is there's a QR code on the table you can scan and pay whenever you're ready, rather than having to wave down your server. However, our server made a slight boo-boo and put our bill on table 161 instead of 160 so we had to wave him down anyway. The ability to just pay and go is a great when you don't want to waste park time!

Brasserie Rosalie Takeout

They also have a little take-out bar separate from the restaurant for drinks and pastries. We didn’t try any, but this might be a good option for breakfast on the way to the parks in the morning.

Overall, we enjoyed our quick lunch at Brasserie Rosalie. Although the prices are on the higher side, especially the soft drinks, a lot of items aren’t unreasonable. They will try to push you to pay for Vittel rather than having tap water, so watch out for that. They do serve my favourite 1664 Blanc, which seems to have been disappearing from Disneyland Paris recently - I hope it stays! We'll definitely be returning to try out different menu items in the future, and overall, this is a very welcome addition for some decent food at Disneyland Paris.

Brasserie Rosalie is not available to book on the Disneyland Paris app, however, you can book online through their website by clicking here. You don't have to book though, you can just walk up and request a table.
