Disneyland Paris is replacing its Standard, Plus, Extra Plus and Premium meal plans with four new options called Essential, Extra, Signature and Royal for arrivals from 1st April 2027. Breakfast is sold separately and you choose one or two meals per night. Based on our quotes from Disney Holidays and Disneyland Paris, lunch or dinner plans start at £28.53 per adult and £14.27 per child per night, and hotel breakfast starts at £16.50 per adult. Here's everything you need to know about the Disneyland Paris Meal Plans.

Article Summary

  • Start date: The new plans apply to arrivals from 1st April 2027. Arrivals up to 31st March 2027 keep the old plans.
  • Breakfast: Optional, booked separately and priced by hotel, from £16.50 per adult at Disney Hotel Santa Fe to £32.99 at Disneyland Hotel. A breakfast voucher for the Disney Parks or Disney Village costs £12.48 per person.
  • Lunch and dinner: Choose 1 or 2 meals per night, from £28.53 per adult for Essential up to £151.58 per adult for Royal with 2 meals, at the same price whichever hotel you stay at.
  • Options: Signature is open to every Disney Hotel guest. Essential and Extra cover every hotel except Disneyland Hotel, and Royal is Disneyland Hotel only, with character dining included.
  • The rules: Your plan has to cover every night of your stay and everyone aged 3 and over, so you can't pick and choose days.
  • What you lose: The bonus last-day voucher, snack and drink vouchers, three-course table-service meals and meal plan hot dogs at Casey's Corner.

Disneyland Paris Meal Plans 2027: Quick Navigation

Before you start: Disneyland Paris meal plans aren't simple. There are four options, two breakfast choices and two meal counts, and the prices change depending on which you combine, so we've kept this guide as clear as we can. To put it simply, the new plans can save you money if you eat one meal a day, can cost you more if you want lunch and dinner, and suit anyone who'd rather pay for food before they go so there's nothing to think about once they're there. If you only want the verdict, jump to Is A Disneyland Paris Meal Plan Worth It?

What Are The New Disneyland Paris Meal Plans?

From 1st April 2027, you build a Disneyland Paris meal plan in three steps instead of picking a ready-made bundle. Disney has set out the new range in its 2027 meal plan guide, and the meal plan pages on DisneylandParis.com and Disney Holidays cover the plans for arrivals up to 31st March 2027.

The 3 steps of picking your Disneyland Paris meal plan
The 3 steps of picking your Disneyland Paris meal plan

Step 1 - Choose Your Breakfast

Breakfast used to come bundled into every half board and full board plan. For arrivals from 1st April 2027 it's a separate add-on, and you can skip it altogether. You can have an all-you-can-eat breakfast at your Disney Hotel, priced by hotel, or a breakfast voucher for restaurants in the Disney Parks and Disney Village, and the booking screen then moves you on to lunch and dinner.

Step 2 - Choose 1 Or 2 Meals Per Night

One meal per night gives each person a voucher for lunch or dinner. Two meals per night covers lunch and dinner, and works out slightly cheaper per meal. The two-meal option is only for Disney Hotel guests, so if you're staying at Les Villages Nature Paris you get one meal per Disney Park entry day in your package.

Step 3 - Choose Your Option

There are four options, and each one includes a different amount of restaurants. Essential covers 18 restaurants, Extra covers 25, Signature covers 31 and Royal covers 35. Unless you're staying at Disneyland Hotel, you can pick Essential, Extra or Signature whichever Disney Hotel you've booked, which is a big change from the old system where your hotel decided your plan. Disneyland Hotel guests choose between Signature and Royal.

The 4 Disneyland Paris meal plans and how many restaurants they include

Keep in mind the names are easy to mix up. The new Extra option has nothing to do with the old Extra Plus plan, which came with a character meal and snack vouchers. Whatever you choose, the plan has to cover every night of your stay and everyone in your party aged 3 and over, and everyone has to be on the same option. You can't add a meal plan to some days and not others, or to some people and not others. Meal plans aren't available with Partner Hotel packages, and you can't buy one once you've arrived.

How To Add A Disneyland Paris Meal Plan To Your Booking

Meal plans are only sold as part of a Disney Hotel and ticket package, so the plan goes on at the same time as your room. This is how the 2027 booking flow worked when we ran our quotes with Disney Holidays, and our Disneyland Paris booking guide covers the rest of the process.

  1. Book a Disney Hotel and ticket package. Choose an arrival date on or after 1st April 2027 with Disney Holidays, which can add your travel, or with DisneylandParis.com if you're arranging travel yourself. Our Disney Holidays vs DisneylandParis.com comparison explains the differences.
  2. Pick your breakfast. The first dining screen offers hotel breakfast, breakfast in the Disney Parks or Disney Village, or no breakfast.
  3. Choose 1 or 2 meals per night. The next screen asks whether you want lunch or dinner, or lunch and dinner.
  4. Select Essential, Extra, Signature or Royal. The booking screen shows the price per adult and per child, per night, for each option.
  5. Link your booking and reserve tables. Add your booking reference in the Disneyland Paris app or website and book restaurants as soon as your stay is confirmed, or call the Dining Reservation Service on 0800 085 0671.
  6. Pay with your MagicPass. Scan the digital MagicPass in the app or the card you're given at hotel reception when you pay, and check your remaining vouchers in the app.

Already booked? You can add a meal plan by calling Disney Holidays on 0800 169 0737 at least 8 days before you arrive. If you're travelling by Eurostar, the route is London St Pancras to Lille Europe, then a connecting TGV to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy, and Disney Holidays can put Eurostar in the same package as your hotel and meal plan.

How Much Are The 2027 Disneyland Paris Meal Plans?

Disney doesn't publish a meal plan price list, and the only way to see prices is to start a booking, so that's what we did across the Disney Hotels. Lunch and dinner plans cost the same at every Disney Hotel and are fixed for arrivals from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028, unlike room prices, which move with the Disneyland Paris price calendar. Hotel breakfast is the exception, as it's priced by hotel. Child prices apply to ages 3 to 11, and under 3s aren't eligible for a meal plan at all.

How Much Do You Save With 2 Meals Per Night?

A little. An adult on Essential pays £53.50 for two meals a night, compared with £57.06 for twice the one-meal price, which saves £3.56 a night or £1.78 per meal. Extra saves the same £1.78 per adult meal, Signature saves £2.68 and Royal saves £4.46. For children the saving is roughly half that, at between 89p and £2.22 per meal.

What Does A Meal Plan Cost For A Family Of Four?

Here's what two adults and two children would pay across a 2-night, 3-day break, with and without hotel breakfast.

Plan Without Breakfast With Hotel Breakfast Lunch And Dinner Vouchers
Essential, 1 meal£171.20£290.688
Extra, 1 meal£224.68£344.168
Signature, 1 meal£256.80£376.288
Royal, 1 meal£481.48£720.448
Essential, 2 meals£320.96£440.4416
Extra, 2 meals£428.00£547.4816
Signature, 2 meals£481.44£600.9216
Royal, 2 meals£909.52£1,148.4816

Two adults and two children aged 3 to 11, 2 nights. The hotel breakfast column uses Disney Hotel Santa Fe prices (£119.48) for Essential, Extra and Signature, and Disneyland Hotel prices (£238.96) for Royal. Swap in your own hotel's figure from the breakfast table above.

To put it simply, the cheapest route of Essential with one meal a night and no breakfast keeps the family's food bill to £171.20, an average of £21.40 per voucher. Signature with two meals and Santa Fe breakfast takes it to £600.92, and at Disneyland Hotel, Royal with two meals and breakfast comes to £1,148.48 for two nights.

Which Disneyland Paris Meal Plan Option Should You Choose?

Each step up adds more restaurants, mainly buffets and table-service, while the 10 quick-service restaurants stay the same across all four options. Here's how they compare side by side.

Restaurant counts from Disney's 2027 meal plan guide. Prices from our Disney Holidays quotes on 25th September 2026.

The price gaps tell you where the value sits. Moving from Essential to Extra costs an adult £8.92 more per meal on the one-meal option, while moving from Extra to Signature costs just £5.35 more. That step adds three table-service restaurants in the Disney Parks in Walt's, Captain Jack's and Bistrot Chez Rémy, plus the Plaza Gardens buffet and both Hotel New York restaurants. If you're tempted by Extra, it's worth pricing up Signature before you decide.

Essential makes sense if your family is happy with quick-service meals and buffets, and it includes the dinner buffet at your own hotel if you're staying at Hotel Cheyenne, Hotel Santa Fe or Davy Crockett Ranch.

Signature Or Royal At Disneyland Hotel?

If you're staying at Disneyland Hotel, you choose between Signature and Royal, and the difference is character dining. Royal adds Auberge de Cendrillon, Royal Banquet, La Table de Lumière and The Regal View, and every lunch or dinner voucher can be used for a character meal, where the old Extra Plus plan capped you at one per stay. On the one-meal option Royal costs £37.45 more per adult and £18.72 more per child per night than Signature, which is £224.68 extra for a family of four on a 2-night stay. Royal with one meal a night also costs £80.25 per adult, a penny more than Signature with two meals.

The alternative is sticking with Signature and adding character meals as an extra when you book. On our quotes that cost £88.58 per adult and £44.39 per child at Auberge de Cendrillon, Royal Banquet or The Regal View, and £106.30 per adult and £53.15 per child at La Table de Lumière. Here's how many character meals you'd need to want before Royal works out cheaper per adult.

Stay Royal Extra Cost (1 Meal Per Night) Royal Cheaper From Royal Extra Cost (2 Meals Per Night) Royal Cheaper From
2 nights£74.901 character meal£142.682 character meals
3 nights£112.352 character meals£214.023 character meals
4 nights£149.802 character meals£285.364 character meals

Royal's extra cost per adult over Signature for the whole stay, against adding character meals at £88.58 per adult. Children follow the same pattern. A character meal added as an extra comes on top of your meal plan vouchers, while Royal uses the vouchers you've already paid for.

To put it simply, on a 2-night stay with one meal a night, Royal pays for itself with a single character meal. The longer you stay and the more meals per night you book, the more character meals you need to want before Royal beats adding them one at a time.

Which Restaurants Are Included In Each Disneyland Paris Meal Plan?

Each option includes everything from the option below it, so the table shows the lowest option each restaurant appears in. On the lower options, every restaurant in this list still takes a voucher for its cash value, with you paying the difference. Taken from the eligibility list in Disney's 2027 meal plan terms. Disney Hotel restaurants are included for dinner only, and you need a valid park ticket to eat in restaurants inside the Disney Parks.

So what does each meal get you? At a buffet it's the all-you-can-eat buffet plus one non-alcoholic drink. At quick-service it's a main course, side and soft drink, with a dessert on the children's menu. Table-service meals give you at least a starter and main course, or a main course and dessert, from the menus the restaurant offers, and no drink is included.

Which Restaurants Don't Accept Disneyland Paris Meal Plan Vouchers?

Disney's 2027 terms list 35 places that won't take meal plan vouchers at all, including several quick-service restaurants in the Disney Parks.

Casey's Corner Drops Off The List

The one that'll catch people out is Casey's Corner, the hot dog restaurant on Main Street U.S.A. It takes meal plan vouchers on the plans for arrivals up to 31st March 2027, but it's on the excluded list for arrivals from 1st April 2027, whichever option you buy. Last Chance Café, Toad Hall Restaurant and Market House Deli are on the same list. The old terms said vouchers could be used for their cash value in all Disney Park restaurants, so if a Main Street hot dog is part of your family tradition, you'll be paying for it yourself from April 2027.

Market House Deli is on the breakfast list, so you can use a Disney Parks and Disney Village breakfast voucher there in the morning.

The Full Excluded List

Meal plan vouchers aren't accepted at Brasserie Rosalie, Cable Car Bake Shop, Café de la Brousse, Café Luminosity, Casa Giulia, Casey's Corner, Cookie Kitchen, Cool Post, Cool Station, Earl of Sandwich, Five Guys, Giulia Express, Häagen-Dazs Gaumont, L'Arbre Enchanté, La Terrasse Panoramique, Last Chance Café, La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, Le Comptoir Rosalie, Les Chalets Gourmands, March Hare Refreshments, Market House Deli, McDonald's, Petite Rosalie, Rainforest Cafe, Searchlight, Speciality Ice Cream, Starbucks Coffee, Super Diner, The Coffee Grinder, The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour, The Ice Cream Company, The Old Mill, The Royal Pub, Toad Hall Restaurant and Vapiano.

In Disney Village, the old exclusions were McDonald's, Rainforest Cafe, The Royal Pub, Starbucks, Earl of Sandwich, Five Guys, Brasserie Rosalie and Vapiano. The 2027 terms add Giulia Express, Häagen-Dazs Gaumont, Le Comptoir Rosalie, Les Chalets Gourmands, Petite Rosalie and Super Diner, along with Casa Giulia, which opens at the end of 2026.

Places Where Vouchers Only Count As Cash

Some venues only accept a voucher for its cash value, so you pay anything over it and get no change if you spend less. That covers Victoria's and the bars, including Fleur de Lys, The Regal View Lounge, Skyline Bar, Bleecker Street Lounge, Captain's Quarter, Redwood Bar and Lounge, Red Garter Saloon, Rio Grande Bar, Crockett's Saloon and Billy Bob's Saloon. It also applies to festive dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, when vouchers only count for their cash value and you pay the difference.

How Does Breakfast Work With The New Disneyland Paris Meal Plans?

Breakfast is where the new system gives you the most choice, as breakfast and lunch or dinner are booked separately and either one can be left off. It's also the one part of the meal plan where your hotel changes the price.

Breakfast At Your Disney Hotel

The all-you-can-eat hotel breakfast ranges from £16.50 per adult and £13.37 per child per night at Disney Hotel Santa Fe to £32.99 per adult and £26.75 per child at Disneyland Hotel, with every hotel's price in the breakfast table above. It includes hot and cold dishes plus juices and hot drinks. Disney says pre-booking saves up to 17% on an adult breakfast at Disneyland Hotel compared with paying on the day. Your voucher is for your own hotel's breakfast restaurant, and if breakfast can't be served there, you'll be sent to a nearby Disney Hotel.

Breakfast In The Disney Parks Or Disney Village

The other option costs £12.48 per person per night, the same for adults and children and the same whichever hotel you stay at. It covers sit-down breakfasts at Annette's Diner and the Sports Bar & Lounge in Disney Village, plus The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant in Disney Adventure World, Nordic Crowns Tavern and Market House Deli in the Disney Parks, where takeaway is available. You'll need a valid park ticket for the park restaurants.

How much it saves depends on your hotel. For a family of four on a 2-night stay, it's £19.64 cheaper than hotel breakfast at Santa Fe, £35.68 cheaper at Cheyenne, £64.24 cheaper at Sequoia Lodge or Newport Bay Club and £74.92 cheaper at Hotel New York. It isn't available to Disneyland Hotel or Les Villages Nature Paris guests, and Les Villages Nature Paris has its own breakfast option.

Club Rooms And Character Breakfasts

If you've booked any Club room, breakfast is already included, so you can't buy a separate breakfast plan. Character breakfasts at Plaza Gardens Restaurant and The Regal View aren't included in any breakfast option. If you've booked hotel breakfast, you can swap one hotel breakfast voucher for a character breakfast by paying a supplement when you book, or use a breakfast voucher for its cash value on the day and pay the difference. With the Disney Parks and Disney Village option, you can't add a character breakfast when you book, but the voucher can still be used for its cash value on the day.

How Many Disneyland Paris Meal Plan Vouchers Do You Get?

You get one lunch or dinner voucher per person for each night you book with the one-meal option, and two with the two-meal option. Breakfast vouchers are one per person, per night. Because the plan has to cover every night of your stay, you can't buy vouchers for just some of your nights. The old full board plans threw in an extra lunch or dinner voucher per person for your last day, and the new plans don't.

Nights Booked New 1 Meal Per Night New 2 Meals Per Night Old Full Board
1 night123
2 nights245
3 nights367
4 nights489

Lunch and dinner vouchers per person. Old full board worked out as 2 per night plus 1 for the last day.

The good news is you can spend them whenever you like during your stay, including the day you leave. On a 2-night stay with two meals per night, each person gets four vouchers to use across the three days, so a light first day and a blowout last day is fine.

The rules are otherwise tight. It's one voucher per person per meal, unused vouchers aren't refunded, and if a meal costs more than the voucher is worth, you pay the difference with no change given the other way. If you're staying at Les Villages Nature Paris, your voucher count is based on the number of Disney Park entry days in your package instead of nights.

What's Changed From The Old Disneyland Paris Meal Plans?

Almost everything, apart from the MagicPass you pay with. Here's the old system for arrivals up to 31st March 2027 against the new one.

Old restaurant figures are Disney Holidays' "up to" counts and may include places that only took vouchers for their cash value, so they aren't a like-for-like match with the new counts.

The biggest winner is the family staying at a cheaper hotel who wants nice sit-down dinners. Under the old system a Hotel Santa Fe stay locked you into Standard, with a Plus upgrade only on full board. For arrivals from 1st April 2027 you can book Signature from any Disney Hotel and eat at Walt's or Bistrot Chez Rémy.

The losers are anyone who liked the old extras. Extra Plus, with its character meal and daily snack and drink vouchers, has no replacement, and table-service meals drop from three courses to two. Disneyland Hotel guests moving from Premium to Royal also lose the adult drinks that came with table-service and buffet meals.

Are The New Disneyland Paris Meal Plans Cheaper Than The Old Ones?

It depends on how much you eat. We priced the old plans on the same Disney Holidays bookings at Disney Hotel Santa Fe and Disneyland Hotel, and matched each one to the new setup with the same number of meals per night, including hotel breakfast.

Per person, per night, from Disney Holidays quotes run on 25th September 2026 at Disney Hotel Santa Fe and Disneyland Hotel. Old child prices worked out by subtracting the adult price from an adult and child quote. The old Santa Fe breakfast was continental and the old Disneyland Hotel breakfast was a hot buffet, while both new ones are all-you-can-eat. Restaurant lists differ between old and new plans, so treat this as a price comparison only.

Per night, the new system looks cheaper in almost every row. Over a whole stay, the missing last-day voucher changes the picture for anyone who used to book full board. Here's the same family of two adults and two children on a 2-night stay.

Old Plan (Total) New Setup (Total) Difference Lunch And Dinner Vouchers (Old / New)

Two adults and two children aged 3 to 11, 2 nights, worked out from the per-night prices above.

So, if you'd have booked half board at Santa Fe, the new one-meal setup came out £33.32 cheaper for a family of four, with the same number of vouchers. If you'd have booked Full Board Standard, you'd pay £12.44 more and get four fewer lunch and dinner vouchers. The Signature saving against Full Board Extra Plus looks huge at £215.08, but that old plan also included four character meals, 8 snack and drink vouchers and 8 drink vouchers, so you're not comparing the same holiday.

At Disneyland Hotel, Royal undercuts the old Premium plan across the board, by £27.56 on half board and £203.52 on full board for the same family. The catch is four fewer lunch and dinner vouchers on the full board version, and adults lose the drinks that Premium included with table-service and buffet meals.

Is A Disneyland Paris Meal Plan Worth It?

It depends on how you eat. Based on our quotes, the new plans are better value for some families than the old ones and worse for others, so here's where each side of that line sits.

Where The New Plans Come Out Ahead

If you'd have booked half board, the new setup is cheaper. A family of four paid £33.32 less at Santa Fe for the same eight lunch and dinner vouchers, and £27.56 less on Royal compared with Half Board Premium at Disneyland Hotel. Families at cheaper hotels also get access to Signature, which puts Walt's and Bistrot Chez Rémy on the table without paying for a pricier room. Swapping hotel breakfast for the Disney Parks and Disney Village option saves the same family between £19.64 at Santa Fe and £74.92 at Hotel New York over two nights.

Where They Fall Short

If you'd have booked full board, you lose a lunch or dinner voucher per person on every stay. On Essential a family paid £12.44 more for four fewer vouchers. Fans of the old Extra Plus plan have no equivalent, as character meals outside Disneyland Hotel cost £88.58 per adult as an extra. Table-service meals are two courses with no drink, and Casey's Corner is off the list.

Who Should Skip A Meal Plan

The plan has to cover every night of your stay and everyone aged 3 and over, so it's poor value if you've got a child who eats like a sparrow or you only want a plan for part of your trip. The same goes for families who prefer grazing on snacks through the day, as snack kiosks and several quick-service restaurants don't accept vouchers at all.

Here's what the new plans mean for your booking.

  • Families on a budget can stay at Disney Hotel Santa Fe or Disney Hotel Cheyenne, which also have the two cheapest hotel breakfasts, and still book Signature for the table-service restaurants.
  • Anyone who wants a character lunch or dinner without staying at Disneyland Hotel will need to add it as a separate extra when booking, or use a voucher for its cash value and pay the difference.
  • Couples and lighter eaters can skip breakfast and book one meal a night, which the old bundled plans didn't allow.
  • Families who relied on Casey's Corner for a quick meal plan lunch will need to budget for it separately from April 2027.
  • Adults who like a drink with a sit-down meal should budget for it, as only buffet and quick-service meals include one.

Whichever option you choose, book your tables as soon as your stay is confirmed, as buying a meal plan doesn't guarantee a table. The room is still the biggest part of the bill, so it's worth checking our Disneyland Paris offers guide for UK guests and our guide to the cheapest Disneyland Paris dates before you book.

Disneyland Paris Meal Plans 2027: Your Questions Answered

When do the new Disneyland Paris meal plans start?
They apply to arrivals from 1st April 2027. If you arrive up to 31st March 2027, you'll get the old Standard, Plus, Extra Plus or Premium plans.

How much do the 2027 Disneyland Paris meal plans cost?
In our Disney Holidays quotes, lunch and dinner plans cost from £28.53 per adult and £14.27 per child per night for Essential with one meal, up to £151.58 per adult and £75.80 per child for Royal with two meals, which is only for Disneyland Hotel guests. These prices are the same at every Disney Hotel. Hotel breakfast is priced by hotel, from £16.50 per adult and £13.37 per child at Disney Hotel Santa Fe up to £32.99 and £26.75 at Disneyland Hotel.

Is breakfast included in the new Disneyland Paris meal plans?
No. Breakfast is a separate option for arrivals from 1st April 2027. You can add an all-you-can-eat breakfast at your Disney Hotel, a breakfast voucher for the Disney Parks or Disney Village unless you're staying at Disneyland Hotel or Les Villages Nature Paris, or skip breakfast altogether. Club rooms already include breakfast.

Can I choose any meal plan option whatever Disney Hotel I stay at?
Almost. Signature is open to every Disney Hotel guest. Essential and Extra are available at every Disney Hotel except Disneyland Hotel, and Royal is only for Disneyland Hotel guests.

Do the new meal plans include character dining?
Only Royal, which is for Disneyland Hotel guests. Every lunch or dinner voucher can be used for a character meal at Auberge de Cendrillon, Royal Banquet, La Table de Lumière or The Regal View, with a table booking needed. On Essential, Extra and Signature, character restaurants only accept vouchers for their cash value.

Can I use meal plan vouchers at Casey's Corner?
No, not for arrivals from 1st April 2027. Casey's Corner is on Disney's list of places that don't accept meal plan vouchers, along with Last Chance Café, Toad Hall Restaurant and Market House Deli.

Do Disneyland Paris meal plans include drinks?
Only with some meals. All-you-can-eat buffets include one non-alcoholic drink and quick-service meals include a soft drink. Table-service meals don't include a drink, and alcohol isn't included with any option.

How many meal vouchers do I get?
You get one or two lunch or dinner vouchers per person for each night you book. A 2-night stay with 2 meals per night gives each person 4 vouchers, which you can use on any day of your stay, including the day you leave.

Can I buy a Disneyland Paris meal plan when I arrive?
No. Meal plans have to be booked with a Disney Hotel and ticket package, either when you book or by calling at least 8 days before you arrive.

Do I have to buy a meal plan for every night and every person?
Yes. The plan has to cover every night of your stay and everyone in your party aged 3 and over, all on the same option, so you can't add it to some days or some people. Children under 3 aren't eligible, and can share your meal or you can buy food for them at the menu price.
